AVAILABILITY
Appointments are available 8 weeks in advance only - please add to the waitlist for anything outside of this time scale and you will be emailed when booking is available.
When booking online if you require multiple treatments please make sure to select/add EVERYTHING so that the correct time is allotted to your appointment (including any extras on your nails such as nail art)
PATCH TESTS
If you are a new client to us or have not had the treatment in the past 6 months you will require a patch test.
Please book in for a patch test a minimum of 48hrs before your treatment date.
Please note this will need to be booked separately from your treatment to allow you to choose an alternative date.
Patch tests are required for all tinting, HD Brows, HD Brow Sculpt and LVL lashes services.
BOOKING FEE
It is important to note that you will be asked for a small non-refundable fee upon booking your appointment online. This is redeemable against your treatment when you attend your appointment.
You do have the option to pay the balance of your appointment upfront however, this is not mandatory and you can still pay on the day should you wish. (Cash or card payments are both accepted)
CANCELLATIONS
48hrs hours notice is required to cancel, amend or reschedule any appointment. Failure to give the required notice will result in a 50% charge of the total appointment cost.
"No show" appointments or less than 24hrs notice will incur a fee of 100% of the total appointment cost.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48hrs before.
The system will save your card details upon booking - Should the cancellation policy apply, the saved details will be charged.
Failure to agree to policy will result in no further appointments.
ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT -
•If you are unwell, please do not compromise others health by attending your appointment.
Please cancel your appointment and notify me as soon as possible.
•When arriving for your appointment please arrive on time (not too early/ not too late) 5 minutes before is perfect.
The front door will be locked until this time if I am in treatment.
